What is CourseForce?
CourseForce is a hosted (on our server) or installed (on your server) training tracking application that allows you to track and manage all aspects of the corporate training function.
Track a wide variety of data; report on training status; communicate with employees; store trainer information; conduct on-line exams; track changeable data; and plan corporate and individual training programs -- all with the confidence that CourseForce has captured your data in real time, and in an easy-to-use, easy-to-understand manner.

All information is organized into straightforward lists accessible from the main toolbar, and all reports are accessed from a single report generator. One Product, Two Portals
CourseForce is available as a self-contained Standard Edition. We also offer the option of adding a Team Leader portal, and / or an Employee portal.
STANDARD EDITION
Our flagship Standard edition provides everything a training administrator needs to track and manage data on a corporate-wide scale. Whether you have 25 employees or 5,000, let CourseForce handle the details in a clear and intuitive format.
Users who manage multiple companies instead of multiple divisions should ask us about our Enterprise edition.
TEAM LEADER PORTAL
This add-on portal lets managers at the supervisory level view and partially manage the training of their own employees. Supervisors can view selected reports and adjust training dates to ensure daily operations are not jeopardized by training assignments.
The Team Leader portal allows supervisors to:
- View selected reports for only their own employees
- View alternative dates for scheduled courses
- Add/Remove subordinates to/from course sessions
- Manage employee training requests (requires the purchase of the Employee portal)
- Print open session and training history reports
- Review training programs for the employees they manage
EMPLOYEE PORTAL
The Employee portal allows employees to take on-line exams and course evaluations or other surveys, monitor their own training progress, view their extended training program, and make training requests.
The Employee portal allows employees to:
- Review scheduled course sessions and a library of courses to make training requests
- Take on-line, multiple-choice exams
- Submit course surveys
- View and print historical training information
HOSTED OR INSTALLED?
The vast majority of our customers opt for a hosted, cloud computing solution in which their data is stored on our servers. The cost savings and peace of mind are enormous. Other customers opt for the intranet edition of CourseForce and maintain it with their own IT personnel. The different delivery methods result in slightly different options for users.
