This is the basic monthly cost for the system.

This is a type of user that gives employee Supervisors the ability to add/remove their subordinates to/from training sessions that have already been put in place by training administrators.

This portal opens Courseforce to every employee in the company that may need access to the features it provides. The pricing can be adjusted to reflect the number of people expected to use it.
Within this portal, employees can do the following:
a) Access course training material. This powerful feature saves administrators the hassle of getting all kinds of training information into the hands of the people that need it. Training material associated with courses can be made available only to employees having that course as part of their curriculum, or to anybody in the company – regardless of what position/job assignment they have.
b) View training reports indicating what training they have received.
c) It is possible to give employees the ability to flag their own course training as being complete. Depending on the situation, this can be a real efficiency boost for supervisors and training administrators.

This gives administrators the ability to upload documents to employees, courses, and training sessions. When uploading documents to courses, administrators can decide if only admin users can see the document, or if employees can also access the document. Note: This last feature of making training material available to employees requires the Employee Portal option.

Cost for giving users of the Employee Portal access to course documents.

This is a negotiable one-time fee for uploading customer data into Courseforce. Pricing may vary depending on the data provided.
